• Started in 1994: Began his professional career working for several government entities in the field of social work. He spent no less than 28 years in this field, during which he gained extensive scientific, practical, and administrative experience, enabling him to hold various positions and perform a wide range of tasks in these organizations.

• Abu Dhabi Police – Social Support Centers Department: Held the position of Legal and Social Advisor in this specialized department, where he was tasked with studying, analyzing, and addressing more than 30 types of societal cases and issues from both legal and social perspectives to identify causes and propose appropriate solutions. Additionally, he served as a Certified Family Arbitrator.
• Family Care Authority – Abu Dhabi: Worked as a Certified Child Protection Specialist under the Child Protection Law (Wudeema Law). He also obtained a professional license in social care from the Department of Community Development.
• Addiction Cases: Served as an advisor to several government entities, working directly with individuals struggling with addiction to support their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
• Early Childhood Authority – Abu Dhabi: Became a member of the Expert Network Team, serving as an Expert in Parental Care and Child Protection.
